Someone once said -There are two gifts we should give our children, one is wings and the other is roots. There was a time when we lived within nature, not around it. We had open spaces and plenty of gardens to have fun and make precious memories as kids. These are roots that we grow as people and pass on to our children. Our roots are our legacy of who we are. Going Back To The Roots

Aikya Roots is nestled in the heart of Vikhroli, a location well-known for its rich greenery and perfect connectivity.

The stilt + 20-storied building is based on a 1-acre land which will comprise two buildings named Ashoka and Banyan. The structure will also have a commercial building of stilt + 5 stories for residents to work near home.

Both buildings will give way to 166 families consisting of 1 & 2 BHK formats, 4 high-speed elevators in each building, a double heighted lobby, and state-of-the-art amenities to ensure that no stone is left unturned to meet comfort needs.

The project will be home to more than 50 trees circling the premises where you can unwind and enjoy the lush herb garden. There is a dedicated parking space ensured for your vehicles too.
